Helen, one of the founders of Troy Accounting, has spent decades working closely with businesses of all sizes, guiding them through the complexities of financial management and strategic planning. As a Chartered Accountant, board level Finance Director and an experienced business owner herself, she saw a recurring theme: many entrepreneurs were struggling—not just with their finances, but with the overall demands of running a business.

She wanted to create something more than just another training program—she wanted to build a resource that would empower business owners to take control of their future.

After years of working with business owners, she heard the same challenges come up time and time again:
